Prepare For Your Upcoming Service

To ensure we can provide the best possible results and protect your property, please take a moment to complete these 5 simple steps before our arrival:

1. Seal the Perimeter: Please ensure all windows and doors are tightly shut. If you have any doors with “loose” seals, please place a towel at the base on the inside.
2. Clear the Area: Please move vehicles out of the driveway and into the street or garage. Move any lightweight patio furniture, potted plants, or decorations at least 15 feet away from the house.
3. Water Access: Ensure your exterior water spigots are turned on and accessible. We use high-efficiency equipment, but we do require access to your home’s water source.
4. Pet Safety: For the safety of your pets and our technicians, please keep all furry friends indoors while the cleaning is in progress.
5. Power Check: If you have exterior electrical outlets that are not “weather-sealed,” please flip the breaker for those outlets before we arrive.

While you prepare your home, here is how Perfect Pressure Pros prepares for you:

• The Pre-Soak: We saturate your grass and flower beds with fresh water before we begin to create a “barrier” of protection for your plants.
• The Tape-Up: We use professional-grade tape to cover keyholes, doorbells (like Ring cameras), and sensitive electrical components.
• The Post-Rinse: Once the cleaning is finished, we rinse your landscaping a second time to ensure no cleaning solutions remain on your foliage.

No! Many of our clients are at work or running errands while we clean. If we have water access and the perimeter is clear, we can complete the job and send you a text with the “After” photos and an invoice once we finish.
